The Leadership Behavioural Profile is based on the Extended DISC (EDISC) Behavioural Profile. EDISC unveils a person’s possibilities to develop in directions that were previously difficult to access. Extended DISC theory illustrates a person’s natural behavioural style or response mode in different situations. The theory equips you with a better understanding of your own and others’ behaviour, which means you learn how to adjust your behaviour in order to be even more effective in any situation, avoiding unnecessary problems in communication and to point your life onto a better suited, more enjoyable and successful path.
Your Extended DISC (EDISC) Behavioural Assessment is a questionnaire to determine your natural and learned behavioural styles and how you are leading your business. It is not a ‘personality’ test. The assessment does not give high or low scores or in any other way classify people into ‘better’ or ‘worse’ or measure intelligence, professional skills or attitudes.
Instead, it gives insights into how you are operating in your business and your life. The assessment profiles gives accurate data on which behavioural styles someone consciously and unconsciously displays in leading themselves and their business. It does not limit a person's ability to develop and change and improve how they are leading their business.
EDISC has a proven statistical reliability and validity and has been successfully used in hundreds of organisations worldwide since 1994 to help leaders succeed.
Once the assessment is completed your detailed Extended DISC Leadership Report is produced. This includes a conscious profile and unconscious profile highlighting how you are leading yourself and your business.
Your conscious profile is your non-natural adapted way of surviving and thriving in leading your business and within your life. In other words, how you believe you need to act to cope in your business and in life.
Your unconscious profile shows your natural energy style, which is how you naturally present to your world when you do not feel the need to change or adapt. Aligning to our natural behavioural styles is the most effective way to lead and succeed in business and in life.
During a 90-minute unpack session we will explore your DISC profile, highlighting your behavioural energy styles and show you how you can significantly improve your performance, in business or life.
This is possible because the profile unpack will equip you with an understanding of how you can adjust your behaviour energetically to be even more effective in any situation, avoiding unnecessary problems in communication and lastly to point your life onto a better suited, more enjoyable and successful path.
